- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and assessments.

We are actively seeking a skilled psychiatrist to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Psychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health care in both PHP/IOP and Adult Inpatient services. This full-time position also presents the potential to advance to the role of Associate Medical Director of Outpatient Services.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating mental health conditions
- Establishing and monitoring treatment plans
- Maintaining clear and accurate medical records
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Educating patients and families on mental health and treatment
- Participating in clinical meetings, staff trainings, and other activities

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry and possess or be able to obtain an active Medical licensure in the state of Washington, DC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
