We are seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health treatment center in Washington, DC. Responsibilities
• Provide mental health treatment to inpatient adult patients
• Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and support staff for comprehensive care delivery
• Employ evidence-based practices to ensure quality care
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 subject to experience

Qualifications
• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health
• 3-5 year of experience as a PMHNP
• Active and valid license to practice in Washington, DC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
