• Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
• Bellevue Outpatient

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs for adolescents and adults ages 13+.

Details

• Title: Outpatient Psychiatrist Service Line Lead.
• Setting: Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, & Intensive Outpatient.
• Population: Adolescents 13-17 and adults.
• Flexible Schedule: Weekdays only. Flexible daytime and evening hours are available. Optional 3x10 or 4x10 schedule.
• Hybrid remote: Optional in-person and telehealth/remote available.
• Primary Duties: Intake, follow up, and discharge visits, patient documentation, treatment meetings, as needed.
• Work-Life Balance: No required Weekend or Call Coverage.

Benefits and Compensation

• Job type: Full time or Part Time, employed W-2 or 1099 available.
• Bonus structure: Additional earnings potential through productivity bonus plan and optional weekend and/or evening call shifts.

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided.
• PTO: 26 days Paid Time Off annually.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

1. Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
2. Certifications: BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).
3. Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
4. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
